cultivating elevated, livable luxury
I remember the first space that moved me.
I was walking through the Delano Hotel in South Beach, completely captivated.
It wasn't just the beautiful finishes, furniture, or lighting. It was the way everything was playing together: intentional scale, tones, sheer drapery, lighting, music, architecture. Every detail was contributing to something bigger.
It was an experience.
It was that weekend that interior design chose me. I realized I wasn't just drawn to beautiful interiors; I was drawn to the way a thoughtfully designed space could make you feel.
Looking back, I've loved design for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a small town in Michigan, I was constantly rearranging my bedroom, refinishing furniture, and finding ways to make the spaces around me feel alive.
I went on to study Interior Design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and receiving the Highest Achievement Award of my graduating class.
After graduating, I spent years building my expertise at Louis Anthony & Associates, one of South Florida's premier luxury design firms — leading projects on estates up to 29,000 square feet across South Florida, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and beyond.
Today, I lead Lynn Kelley Design as a boutique studio. When you work with me, you work with me; every conversation, every decision, every finishing detail. No handoffs. No junior designers. Just thoughtful, personal design from start to finish.
With more than 17 years of experience in interior design, styling, and project management, I've worked on everything from intimate room transformations to large-scale custom estates.
My experience has taught me that great design isn't simply about selecting beautiful things.
It's about listening and understanding how you live. Understanding how materials work together, how they transition, and how all of the details ultimately become one cohesive experience.
And then there's the part that can't be measured on a floor plan.
The feeling.
I believe your home should be more than beautiful. It should feel like you. It should bring you peace, inspire you, energize you, and make you feel good every time you walk through the door.
That's what I strive to create. Beautifully considered spaces that make you feel something.
Because beautiful design isn't just something you see.
It's something you feel.
Every project begins with a conversation. If you're ready to talk about your home, I'd love to hear about it.
